For any contract with a minimum amount of €3,000 (total amount of the service even if it is the subject of several payments or invoices), you are required to check, when it is concluded, and then every 6 months until the end of its execution, that your subcontracting provider meets its reporting and contribution obligations well.
1 — a document attesting to the registration of the subcontractor,
2 — a vigilance certificate, issued by Urssaf, which mentions the number of employees and the total remuneration that your subcontractor declared during its last due date. This document also attests to its compliance with reporting obligations and Payment of social security contributions.
If you do not carry out these checks, you will be sued and jointly ordered to pay the Social Security contributions of your subcontractor, if the subcontractor has used hidden work.
