Another year comes to an end for Buy Made Easy (BME), and I want to thank you for everything we have accomplished together in 2024. The results are very encouraging: with a 20% growth in 2024, the BME group is accelerating the deployment of its services in outsourcing Class C Purchasing, digitalization via Sourcing Force, talent acquisition in Procurement with Procuralys, and Supply Chain through Flat Cargo.

Highlights for Buy Made Easy in 2024

Thanks to your trust and commitment, we have experienced several significant moments:

• Strong growth in our Procurement activities, with over €20 million in revenue and reaching 50 employees.
• Renewal of our ISO-9001 AFNOR Quality Program.
• Our contribution to promoting the Procurement profession: white papers, webinars, sponsorship of the Procurement Festival in Lyon and the Tour de France of Morning Procurement.
• Significant innovations:
  • Artificial Intelligence integrated into Sourcing Force
  • Online Tender Module
  • Flat Cargo mobile application (Pallets)
  • Online training "Become a Buyer within 90 Days", etc.
• Enhanced presence in key markets : Hungary 🇭🇺, Germany 🇩🇪, the United Kingdom 🇬🇧, and Canada 🇨🇦.

This international reach paves the way for new perspectives and the growth of our innovative solutions to a larger number of Buyers.

Generative AI at the Heart of Procurement Innovation

Generative artificial intelligence has reached a decisive turning point within Buy Made Easy. We have been utilizing it for several years. In 2016, we launched our Spend Mapping project, which leverages AI to help Buyers better manage their expenditures and develop their Procurement maturity.

Our long-term ambition is clear: to provide each Buyer with the ability to find all the necessary resources for their Procurement strategies on our platform. Generative AI will further simplify the sourcing experience to meet tomorrow's challenges.

Key Projects and Investments for 2025

As Procurement continues to evolve in the face of geopolitical, cultural, environmental, and technological upheavals, we are continuing our development:

• Expansion of Flat Cargo in Europe, which is becoming the leading pallet handling franchise network.
• Creation of Procuralys, a platform specialized in recruiting flexible Procurement resources (Training, Consulting, and Recruitment).
• Launch of the "Become a Professional Buyer in 90 Days" training program, designed to enhance the skills of future Francophone Buyers.
• Development of new modules in Sourcing Force: Contract Library, consultation management, and catalog management.

These initiatives reinforce our commitment to supporting Buyers and Suppliers worldwide. We are also dedicated to promoting responsible sourcing by integrating more CSR criteria into our sourcing strategies and encouraging the resilience of Supply Chains against geopolitical, economic, and climatic risks.
